How a one-sentence framework reversed Clue's organic traffic decline
When I started consulting for Clue, the period-tracking app with 10M+ users, their English-language organic web traffic had been declining for years, and the content team had no framework for deciding what to work on.

I defined the narrative for why users choose Clue and turned it into one deliberately simple rule: prioritize content about the symptoms and conditions that improve when users track them in the app. That framework guided strategic updates to 200+ articles across 5 languages.

The result: organic traffic grew from 1M to 1.3M monthly clicks, the team gained its first end-to-end conversion reporting, and the contract was extended three times. I trained my successor and left a best-practices library.
